Project Summary
The works included demolition and strip out of the existing lower ground floor. Construction of 3 no. shower rooms and an accessible toilet with underfloor heating. The existing male and female toilets were fully stripped out and upgraded. All areas included upgraded M&E services, floor, wall and ceiling finishes.
External works comprised of a new platform lift for access from pavement level to the basement. New granite paviours on a pedestal system were fitted to the lower ground floor. Feature external lighting and decoration to railings and external walls were completed.
