Colm Hayes

A founder and director of Tricon, Colm has over 15 years experience in the construction industry, he is a qualified quantity surveyor with a BSc in Surveying and a BSc in Business Studies, specialising in Business Law.

Colm’s experience includes the delivery of multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects ranging from small maintenance projects right up to fit out and refurbishment projects in excess of four million euro. He has also gained experience working internationally as a client side project manager in Sydney Australia for the $150 million refurbishment works to the Qantas headquarters. He is a commercially aware individual with strong client liaison skills, coupled with project management and team leadership. Colm has an extensive understanding of the construction industry and a talent for negotiation. His strengths lie in the methodical and comprehensive style he adopts in the delivery of his projects along with strong communication skills, which ensures a high level of client satisfaction.
