This project involved the refurbishment of existing offices over 3 no. floors. The works included demolition and strip out of the existing floors.

Project Summary
All areas included upgraded M&E services, floor, wall and ceiling finishes. The new offices consisted of frameless glazing, folding walls, brick finished and feature ash timber walls. All carpet tiles and vinyl were by Milliken.
Joinery consisted of writeable walls and acrylic panelled units. Full decoration and firestopping was completed to all floors. The building was fully occupied and we worked closely with the design to ensure there were no disruptions to employees.
