Works spanning lighting, air conditioning, sanitary facilities, and finishes across 3,500 square metres and five floors need to be sequenced so that each trade progresses in order and the building reaches a uniform standard of completion.

Tricon approached the refurbishment as a coordinated, building-wide programme, sequencing the lighting, air conditioning, WC, and finishes packages so that work progressed floor by floor toward a consistent result.

Working alongside Urban Solutions as project managers, Tricon managed the interface between the services upgrades and the finishes package, ensuring that mechanical and electrical works, sanitary upgrades, and decoration aligned across all five floors of the building.

Delivery covered new lighting and air conditioning upgrades, refurbishment of the WC facilities, and new carpets and decoration throughout the building. The works were carried out across all five floors, bringing the building's services and finishes up to a refreshed, consistent standard.

The programme ran from September 2022 to January 2023, delivering the full scope across the 3,500 square metre building within that period.
