Project Summary
This project involved the fit-out of a new account’s office for Delata Group.
The works included a full scope for M&E, fire rated partitions, joinery, suspended ceilings, carpet tiles, furniture, double glazed windows and doors, firestopping and painting. The unit was an empty shell with no previous fit-out.
The building was fully occupied and we worked closely with the design to ensure there were no disruptions to hotel staff or residents.
