About the Project
This project consisted of the fit-out of a ground floor shell and core approx. 400 sqm. 30mm liquid screed was poured throughout to achieve a complete flat surface for carpet tiles.

Fully glazed frameless glass made up offices with interface carpet tiles. Full Mechanical, Data and Electrical upgrades with new LED lighting and Air Conditioning. Back of house consisted of male, female and disabled toilets with new sanitary ware, tiling etc. The kitchen consisted of a grey Arianne door and formica worktop with a vinyl on the floor.
