Project Summary
Tricon are currently in phase 3 of a three-phase refurbishment and fit-out project on behalf of the Irish Life Group, the project is scheduled for completion in spring 2018.
The works include the complete strip-out of over 6500 sqm of office spaces over 5 floors, the installation and upgrade of existing power and data services, new stud walls, glazed walls and staff canteens, new floor wall and ceiling finishes and the upgrade of passive fire protection throughout the floors. The works will be carried over three phases with phased possession and within an occupied building. Tricon are acting as the lead contractor and PSCS on this project.
